**By registering to bid on this online auction the Bidder/Buyer agrees and acknowledges that he/she has read, understands, and agrees to abide by the Terms and Conditions contained herein as follows:
EVERYTHING MUST BE PAID FOR IN FULL.
Complete payment required after the conclusion of auction.
*All items sold 'AS IS, WHERE IS' in place" basis with all defects whether apparent or not, with all faults with NO exchanges, NO adjustments, or No Refunds regardless of statement of condition made online.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS
* All descriptions believed accurate, but not warranted with no guarantees or warranties stated or implied.
*We are not responsible for errors or omissions in the descriptions.
* If items are from an estate auction, some items have been pre-used and may contain imperfections from normal wear and tear.
* Bidder inspection is encouraged and for bidder to ask any questions prior to bidding.
* Your bidding and/or By placing a bid, bidder signifies that they have examined the items to their satisfaction, or that they have chosen not to personally examine them.
* No shipping for this online auction. Local pickup only.
* For internet-only auctions, we reserve the right to cancel and/or reopen the auction in the case of system failures.
BIDDER RESPOSIBILITIES:
The Bidder is responsible for knowing which item he/she is bidding on and to ask if he/she is unsure of what is being sold. The Bidder will be responsible to pay for items which he/she is the successful bidder. The Bidder/Buyer is liable for payment of Massachusetts state 6.25% sales tax. Upon acceptance of a bid by the Auction Company, a contract of sale is complete between Bidder/Buyer and Seller. The Auction Company reserves the right to accept bids in increments he feels is in the best interest of his client, the Seller. We also reserve the right to reject the bidding of any person at our sole discretion.
The Auction Company, Jacquier Auctions Inc. and Owners are not responsible for personal injuries or accidents that may occur on premise. Auctioneer's announcements are binding made day of the auction take precedence over all advertising.
If no arrangements have been made any ITEMS NOT PAID FOR AND NOT PICKED UP DURING ALLOTTED PICKUP DATES, WILL BE CONSIDERED FORFEITED WITHOUT REFUND.
Winning Bidders will be emailed invoices after the close of bidding for online auction and must make appointments to pickup their items by calling (860) 559-5011. See invoice for dates and times.
FORMS OF PAYMENT ACCEPTED:
Cash, Certified Bank Check , Bank Wires, Most credit cards,
No American Express or Business credit cards
19 % BP -Credit Card payments
15% BP Cash/Check payment/Bank wire(with $15 fee)
If applicable, when paying by Bank Wire an additional $15 fee must be added to the total invoice, wire must be confirmed paid before any auction lot can be removed and invoice is paid in full.
BUYERS PREMIUM CHARGED and added to the successful bid price of all items sold by Jacquier Auctions Inc, and shall be paid by all purchasers, without exception.
Note: ONLY-Lot # 11 Alignment Machine will have a BP of 10% charged.
Massachusetts sales tax of 6.25% will be charged.
All purchases are subject to the local State Tax where the online auction is being conducted, unless a Certificate of Resale tax form or Exempt tax form is fully and completely filled out and received PRIOR of registering as bidder. This can be sent to us via email.
SHIPPING AND PICKUP: LOCAL PICKUP ONLY
We will NOT ship items for this auction. Local pickup only. Winning bidders must bring help if required for large/heavy items or if needed to dismantle any lot, and bring proper packaging materials, such as boxes and tape for packing up your purchased items, and will be totally responsible for removing these lots themselves. please plan ahead.

PLEASE NOTE: OUR SHIPPING TERMS AND PRICES APPLY ONLY TO THE CONTINENTAL U.S. INTERNATIONAL SALES WILL BE SUBJECT TO ADDITIONAL FEES/CHARGES.
Please allow up to 2 weeks after payment for shipping to occur. We do not guarantee to ship any item. As a courtesy to the buyer, we can arrange for a third-party shipper to receive your items and ship them at the buyer's expense plus an additional handling fee will be charged to buyer. If the buyer does not want to use our provided third-party shipping, it is the buyer's responsibility to notify Jacquier Auctions Inc before payment of the item. International buyers are responsible for tariffs, taxes or assessments of shipped items to the buyer's country.
For online auctions with vehicles/motorcycles that have titles & registrations.
All vehicles/motorcyclers will be sold as-is, where-is condition. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
* Note: It is the Buyer's responsibility to be aware of their local motor vehicle regulations and information pertaining to titles and registrations prior to purchase of a motor vehicle/motorcycle. Some vehicles/motorcycles will be sold with Bill of Sale only, with no title or no registration provided. AS IS, Final sale. Listing for that item will state the paperwork it will be sold with, if applicable. Jacquier Auctions Inc reserves the right to hold title/paperwork and/or item until payment clears.
Our Online Auctions are for Responsible Adults Only. Please take the time to read the terms of the Auction, as well as the payment & pickup information. We request that you refrain from bidding if you can't pick-up and pay during the times outlined. This saves us both the extra expense. Repeat offenders will be banned from participating in all future auctions. Items that are not paid for or picked up within 7 days from pickup dates will be deemed abandoned, and those lots will be offered to the underbidder(s), disposed of and/or sold without compensation. Bidders who abandon lots may receive a "bad bidder" rating that may affect their ability to bid in our future auctions.
ITEMS NOT PICKED UP DURING ALLOTTED TIME WILL BE CONSIDERED FORFEITED WITHOUT REFUND.
Additionally, if the auction is at a location other than our Southwick Facility, if buyer items has to be moved, charges commensurate with time and labor for our staff to move the item(s) to Southwick will be added and these fees can be pretty stiff.
