AUCTION TERMS & CONDITIONS NORTHROP AUCTION SERVICE LLC This will be at our auction yard located at 1100 N. 2000. W. Ogden, Utah 84404 $200 Bidder Deposit hold will be required to bid. This protects all of our consigners from negligent or fraudulent bidders. If you do not make a purchase your hold will be released the day after the auction. You will recieve your deposit back minus your credit card fee- This is due to squares updated credit card fee policy this fee DOES NOT go to the auction company. (EX. $200 - 3.30% + $0.30 = $193.10) If you are the winning bidder of an item, we will now be able to apply your deposit amount of $193.10 to your invoice! (THIS IS YOUR $200 DEPOSIT MINUS THE CREDIT CARD FEE) . If your invoice does not exceed the $193.10 then the balance will be refunded back to the card you paid with. This may take 7-14 business days to show on your credit card statement. LOAD OUT SERVICE & APPROVAL: Northrop Auction Service provides a staff member and equipment to load your auction items. We are here to ASSIST you. Load out Dates- Friday May 17th from 11a.m. - 5 p.m Saturday May 18th from 10 a.m. - 1 p.m. All items need to be paid for by Saturday at 1 pm, if you need a different pickup day please call 801-725-2563 and make arrangements, but everything has to be paid for by Saturday or a $50/ per day late fee will be applied. It is the customer's responsibility to bring their own tools, pallets, or straps for hauling materials - we do not provide these.
